West Asheville Family Vet
Mural for West Asheville Family Vet on Haywood Rd. Super fun project, and in a familiar part of town for me :) I worked with Eric Pieper of Homestead to formulate a visual for WAFV’s facade, paying tribute to aspects of the environment here in Asheville and our furry friends that inhabit it.
I painted it (brush style) over the course of a few weeks, transferring the drawings with the aid of an old fashioned t-square, which gave the forms a bit more of a geometric style. The scale (roughly 15 ft tall, 50 feet wide) also contributed to each section feeling like their own separate painting while maintaining continuity.
